Pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter the "GDPR") as well as any subsequent amendments and additions, Cardif Vita SpA and the general representation for Italy of Cardif Assurances Risques Divers (hereinafter the "Companies"), each in as Data Controller, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, are providing you with the following information:

Purpose of processing: The Companies will process your identification and contact data (name, surname, email and company name) for the organization of the Open-F@b - Final Challenge 2020 Event (hereinafter the "Event") and for the possible transmission of information material related to the same; Participation in the Event will take place via a remote connection made available by PRODEA GROUP S.p.A.

Communication and data transmission: The above-mentioned personal data and information may also be transmitted and processed by PRODEA GROUP S.p.A. appointed as Data Processor by the Companies always and in any case for the organizational purposes of the Event.

Methods of data processing: The personal data you provide or collected as part of the Event will be processed in compliance with current legislation based on the legitimate interest of the Companies. This data will be processed with IT tools in compliance with the appropriate security measures provided.

The provision of your data is optional. Failure to provide the requested personal data will not allow you to participate in the Event.

Data Controller: The data controllers are Cardif Vita S.p.A. Piazza Lina Bo Bardi, 3 20124, Milan and the general representation for Italy of Cardif Assurances Risques Divers, Piazza Lina Bo Bardi, 3 20124, Milan.

Rights of the interested party: You can exercise your rights towards the data controllers at any time, pursuant to Articles from 15 to 22 of the GDPR.

Retention period: The data collected will be kept for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and / or for the time necessary for legal obligations.

The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
